Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at fj3design.co.za operated by FJ3 Design.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Refund only on machines/electronic equipment that has no damage to it, returned in its original packaging
Filament will only be refunded if still sealed in its original packing.
Resin and other liquids still sealed and in its original packaging
Other consumables and spares like nozzles has no refund policy, only exchange if the wrong one was ordered, but again it must be in its original “new” condition. And if there is any cost involved (price of correct item and courier cost) will be for his account.

Warranty Policy
1 Year Limited Warranty since the date of the product putchase.
3 months Limited Part Warranty for Vulnerable Parts (Nozzle module, Flat belt, Glass platform, etc.)
No Warranty for the Product Gift (Storage card, Card reader, Wrench, Pliers, Scraper knife etc.)

The warranty is based on a carry in basis and will be sent to the technical department , courier costs for customers account
